Our organic & organic shade grown coffee is processed

They are grown beneath a canopy of trees providing a "bird
friendly" environment that is chemical free. The coffees
are mild to medium in flavor, strength and body.

known in the trade as "milds," as well as Hawaii
Kona, typically are known to be some of the sweetest coffees,
with a deep, smooth finish.

The origin of all coffee beans, African coffees have
the perfect combination of altitude and climate, producing
coffees that are very aromatic, with good body and definitive
acidity that some may distinguish as "winey."

Traditionally known for their somewhat earthy characteristics,
Indonesians are now cultivated to be more refined in the cup,
yet still less acidic than coffees from other origins. They
are wonderful by themselves, or used as a blender to add body
and smoothness to the cup.

For those who enjoy the strong, intense cup with a
bit of attitude, we offer dark roasts and custom dark blends,
blending some dark roast with some lighter roasted coffee.
The end result will be a strong, fuller body and more complex
cup. We'll be happy to offer suggestions.

Those who want a coffee with rich, deep flavor and
virtually no caffeine favor these coffees. We offer only water-processed
decaffeinated coffees.
